We’ll show you how to invest in stocks premarket and in the after-hours trading sessions.
The premarket trading and after-hours sessions are between 4am to 9:30am eastern before the official trading session begins and from 4pm to 8pm eastern after the market closes. Investors can still buy and sell stocks during these periods through Electronic Communication Networks (ECNs) and on many investing apps.
